Did not have breakfast and the reception was great parking very convenient

Présente pour un congrès. Ils m'ont accomodé, comme j'étais enceinte, j'ai eu un late checkout. J'ai pu aller faire ma sieste du midi. Ils ont été très aimable. Cependant, la communication pourrait être améliorée avec le personnel d'entretien qui n'avaient pas eu le message pour mon late check out et sont venus en 2 fois me réveiller.

La chambre n'était pas celle choisie avec les photos, noua avions un bain douche avec rideau à la place d'une grande douche. De plus, très mal insonorisée, à proximité des escaliers que et nous entendions du bruit constant jusqu'à 22h. De plus, des groupes de personnes faisaient énormément de bruit dans le corridor jusqu'à 22h également. Ce ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes pour un Marriott.

We have stayed her before and everything went well and seemed ok. But this time when we arrived the sheets on our bed looked like they were not clean and had what appeared to be droplets of blood on it. I went to the front desk and told them and they said they would send someone up right away. No one ended up coming so I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. So I went to the front desk again and there was an emergency happening in the lounge. So I didn’t press the issue. We had blankets in our car and used the towels in the room to cover everything up. The next day they still didn’t change the sheets when we told them and no one ever followed up. Now I don’t think I will come back. To worry they don’t actually change the sheets is very gross.

The parking lanes are very narrow, pick up isn’t easy at all , to open doors. The parking beside the entrance was available, but I only found out later on.

room was spotless. the hotel is very convenient. We were able to get a late checkout on Sunday which was appreciated as our daughter was in a performance and needed to come to our room to change ahead of time. Breakfast was good and the service was friendly.

The snack table by Reception was nice. We tried a couple of the water flavors in the free water bottles.
The parking area has small parking spaces that are uneven and bumpy.

Le lit etait trop ferme, nous nous sommes levé mon mari et moi avec des maux de dos. L'air climatisée faisait un bruit d'enfer. Par contre, restaurant bon avec serveur tres agréable.
